Cluster Revenue Analyst – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Cluster Revenue Analyst reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue, you will support the implementation of pricing strategy, inventory management and data‑driven decision‑making for a luxury hotel portfolio in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse revenue, sales and market data, producing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies across direct and online channels to maximise revenue and market share.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market conditions and maintain a demand calendar.
• Maintain distribution health via Fornova and ensure accurate data in Opera Cloud, identifying revenue leaks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Leadership, preparing meeting decks and minutes.
• Maintain revenue management systems (IDEAS, Tableau, BI, Excel) and build forecasting models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years experience in revenue management for luxury hotels in Singapore, or 3 years in luxury hotel reservations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate across departments.
