Commercial Executive

About the role

The Commercial Executive will act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams and the shipyard to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered. This senior position involves managing quotations, tenders, and service reporting for vessel construction, repair and upgrade projects.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and team members to capture technical project requirements.
• Conduct on‑site meetings with customers for project discussions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, tenders and related documentation.
• Compile and deliver service reports for completed work.
• Source and procure spare parts required for project execution.

Required profile

• Singaporean or PR with a relevant ITE/Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in vessel new‑construction, repair or upgrading works.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a shipyard environment and adapt to its demands.
• Preferably residing in the western part of Singapore.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000 per month.
