Commercial & Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Commercial & Order Fulfillment Specialist to act as the bridge between our global clients and internal teams. You will manage the full order lifecycle, negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely delivery while maintaining financial accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client order needs, analysing inventory and sales plans to forecast periodic orders.
• Develop quotation strategies, lead price negotiations and finalise commercial agreements.
• Coordinate shipment logistics, monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly.
• Act as escalation point for delivery inquiries, collaborating with cross‑functional departments to implement solutions.
• Partner with finance to reconcile accounts, track receivables and ensure adherence to payment schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in B2B client management, order fulfillment or sales operations, preferably in international wholesale.
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
