Commercial Support Executive

About the role

The Commercial Support Executive will provide end‑to‑end assistance to the Commercial team, ensuring smooth processing of quotes, orders and post‑sales activities. Based at our Sentosa Island office, you will act as a key liaison between internal departments and external customers, vendors and resellers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Presales, Finance, Technology and Operations to support the full sales life‑cycle.
• Process sales orders, quotations, credit notes, manual billing and procurement requests accurately.
• Maintain order records, filing systems and ensure error‑free transaction handling.
• Provide post‑sales administrative support, including order fulfillment tracking and project registration.
• Generate regular reports, perform revenue analysis and assist with forecasting.
• Facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Handle routine front‑office duties such as reception, phone answering and call routing.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Recognized diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process transactions accurately.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
