About the role

We are a fast‑growing cleaning services provider looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team. This commission‑based position offers a high‑earning potential for candidates who thrive on closing deals and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct B2B sales through door‑to‑door outreach, cold‑calling and networking.
• Identify and approach potential clients such as offices, retail and commercial spaces.
• Present and promote our cleaning services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable with door‑knocking and cold‑calling.
• Self‑driven, resilient and goal‑oriented.
• Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
