Communications Senior Manager – Product

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Senior Manager (Product) to shape Grab’s brand narrative across Southeast Asia. You will lead the development and execution of product‑focused communication strategies, working closely with media, influencers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Shape Grab’s corporate brand and equity story, highlighting technology and product innovations.
• Design and roll out a regional communications programme, including media and influencer events and support for country‑level PR teams.
• Manage thought‑leadership programmes for senior executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional media outlets.
• Handle issues management and oversee the review process for external communications.
• Produce multi‑format content for owned channels and track PR outcomes against budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate reputation management, media relations and issues management, preferably in the internet sector or agency environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing communication programmes in a fast‑growth, regional or global setting.
• Hands‑on, proactive, self‑driven with a creative flair and curiosity for new ideas.
