Community Engagement Manager – 2 Year Contract

About the role

The Community Engagement Manager will design and deliver vibrant programmes that foster a sense of community across selected CapitaLand Workspace properties. This role supports tenant attraction and retention by coordinating both online and in‑person activities, retail promotions and collaborations with tenants, government agencies and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Curate regular, relevant programming—including campaigns, events and retail promotions—to enhance property vibrancy.
• Develop and manage all communications channels (e‑DMs, website, social media, CapitaStar@Work app) to promote programmes.
• Monitor uploads, respond to queries and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenant representatives, programme partners and government agencies.
• Track programme budgets, expenditures and report on performance metrics.
• Support strategic Workspace campaigns, milestone events and cross‑departmental marketing collateral.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in community engagement, event management or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, dynamic and resource‑ful with a strong network of contacts.
• Ability to multi‑task, work independently and collaborate across teams.
