About the role
We are a leading property education company in Singapore, building a community of real‑estate investors. The Community & Events Manager will support the Senior Community Manager and Head of Community & Product in creating and delivering events that drive engagement and membership upgrades.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and execute online and offline events in collaboration with senior community leaders.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date events calendar and flag potential risks or conflicts.
- Gather community feedback and reviews to improve future events.
- Host and connect with community members during events.
- Liaise with vendors to support event logistics and lifestyle perks.
- Travel to the UK, Vietnam or other locations for community‑building opportunities.
- Monitor key metrics and collect data on engagement and membership conversion.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business KPIs related to member engagement and trust.
- Assist with event setup and on‑site coordination.
Required profile
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple event timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for hosting and vendor liaison.
- Willingness to travel internationally for community‑building activities.
