Community Manager – 1-Year Contract (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to lead engagement initiatives for our clients in Singapore on a one‑year contract. The role blends event coordination, stakeholder interaction and digital knowledge‑sharing to foster an active, collaborative community across Pasir Panjang, Punggol and hybrid work settings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute community‑building programmes, workshops and events that drive participation and knowledge exchange.
• Maintain and curate knowledge resources, ensuring information is up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Gather feedback from members and stakeholders to continuously improve the user experience.
• Support the adoption of digital collaboration platforms and AI‑enabled knowledge‑sharing tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community activities with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in community engagement, events or stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using SharePoint for content management.
