Community Manager for Luxury Consumer Network

About the role

LuxeTalk, part of Agility Research & Strategy, is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to grow its exclusive community of affluent, high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) consumers. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy for membership acquisition, partnership development, and member engagement across key global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive membership growth in Singapore, Hong Kong and other target markets.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with organisations that have direct access to HNW/UHNW audiences.
• Design and test creative acquisition channels and incentives to attract high‑value members.
• Build a scalable recruitment engine using digital and direct outreach tactics.
• Oversee community engagement, data quality, and verification processes.
• Support Agility’s commercial teams with insights and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial orientation.
• 7+ years of experience in community building and membership management.
• Experience working with affluent, HNW or UHNW audiences is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of growing consumer communities in international markets.
• Well‑connected, proactive, and able to operate autonomously.
