About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage and engage online communities on social and digital platforms.
• Respond to community inquiries, comments, and interactions in a professional manner.
• Support content scheduling, engagement campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Monitor engagement metrics, audience feedback, and community sentiment.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams on engagement strategies.
• Assist with moderation, community guidelines, and online reputation management.
• Prepare reports, insights, and performance updates.
• Support virtual events, campaigns, and audience outreach activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve community growth, engagement, and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital communities, and audience engagement strategies.
• Creative mindset with solid problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and engagement activities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media tools, analytics platforms, or content scheduling systems (a plus).
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
