Regional CRM Associate – Brand & Growth Marketing (2026 Graduate)

About the role

The Regional CRM Associate will support Shopee’s Regional Brand & Growth Marketing team in designing and executing data‑driven CRM campaigns across multiple markets. Working closely with regional and local stakeholders, you will help maximise customer lifetime value through personalised journeys and targeted incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end automated CRM campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and timely delivery across several countries.
• Plan campaign budgets, mechanisms and messaging based on performance goals and insights.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign results and user behaviours to generate optimisation recommendations.
• Design and run A/B tests to support data‑driven decision making.
• Prepare presentation decks for regional and local teams and align on next steps with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Organised, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous internship or project experience in CRM, marketing or data analysis is a plus.
