Community Outreach / Programme Executive (Government)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑oriented professional to lead community outreach and programme coordination for government‑related initiatives. The role focuses on building strong relationships with religious, community and grassroots organisations, while supporting social cohesion across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Engage religious and community organisations to establish effective communication channels.
• Plan, implement and evaluate community initiatives that address the needs of partner organisations.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, VWOs and private‑sector stakeholders.
• Coordinate engagement programmes, dialogues, learning journeys and national‑level events.
• Provide programme administration, funding support and outcome tracking to enhance impact.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen with a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience working with community groups, NGOs, VWOs or government agencies.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional mother‑tongue language is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability and a passion for community building.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Data handling and basic financial reporting abilities.

What we offer

• Full‑time, fixed‑term (2‑year) contract with monthly salary SGD 4,000‑4,300.
• Performance bonuses up to three months’ salary over the contract period.
