Community Partner Manager, YouTube

About the role

The Community Partner Manager will work within YouTube’s Business Organization to support and educate fast‑rising creators across APAC English‑speaking markets. The role focuses on driving product adoption, creator growth, and ecosystem health for short‑form, long‑form, and live video formats.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑growth YouTube creators, promoting adoption of priority products such as Shopping, Shorts, Brand Deals, and GenAI.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share trends, campaign feedback, and creator insights.
• Develop and execute scaled communication plans, newsletters, video series, and virtual workshops for creator communities.
• Analyze creator feedback to recommend product, policy, and process improvements that boost satisfaction and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital/social media, creator or community management, communications, content programming, or creative campaign design/management.
• Experience in the video content creation ecosystem (short‑form, long‑form, podcast, or live).
• Ability to communicate fluently in Urdu, Bengali, Mandarin, or Bahasa for APAC stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with media and tech markets in Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or other APAC regions is a plus.
