Company Accountant (Senior Executive)

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Company Accountant to join our finance team in Singapore. The role covers end‑to‑end accounting responsibilities, from maintaining accurate financial records to preparing statutory filings and supporting business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Record all accounting transactions and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain timely cash flow.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements and general ledger entries.
• Process payroll, ensuring correct salary, tax and statutory contributions.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and journal entries.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets and financial performance, identifying variances.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
