Compliance Administrator (Chinese speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator who is fluent in Chinese to support our Compliance Department and the Director. The role is fully remote and involves ensuring that all corporate entities remain legally compliant within our fast‑paced iGaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle corporate secretarial tasks, including company registration, modification, and deregistration processes.
• Liaise with banks, tax authorities and industry regulators for account opening, tax registration, annual inspections and filings.
• Organise, archive and update company licences, seals, contracts and compliance documents.
• Monitor daily compliance risk alerts, maintain records and recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing and optimising administrative compliance processes and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, corporate affairs or finance.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory).
• Meticulous, responsible and able to handle confidential information.
• Experience in the FinTech industry is a strong advantage.
