About the role

Join the hospitality team at Shangri‑La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore’s only beachfront resort, as a Concierge (Bell‑Hop). You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their luggage and arrival experience is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling during arrivals and departures.
• Deliver and collect luggage promptly according to guest schedules.
• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and provide a courteous farewell.
• Fulfil guest requests professionally within expected timeframes.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and continuously improve service quality.
• Contribute to creating memorable hotel experiences through attentive service.

Required profile

• Demonstrates pride in hospitality and hotel service.
• Enthusiastic about interacting with guests and customers.
• Preferably possesses relevant hotel experience.
• Willing to work shifts as required.
