Concierge / Event Coordinator – Corporate Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Concierge and Event Coordinator to deliver exceptional hospitality services for corporate guests and internal events across Singapore. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth execution of meetings, conferences and special functions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, clients and event attendees with professional service.
• Handle enquiries and requests promptly, providing accurate information.
• Support planning and execution of meetings, corporate events and functions.
• Coordinate event setup, including rooms, furniture, equipment and catering.
• Liaise with vendors, AV technicians and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues during events.
• Conduct pre‑event checks to ensure spaces are clean, organized and professionally presented.
• Prepare event notes, handover documents and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Assist with moving chairs, tables and equipment as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, F&B, tourism or event coordination.
• Proven experience in event coordination and vendor management.
• Experience supporting corporate events or high‑profile guests is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
