Condominium Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Condominium Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multiple residential and commercial properties in Singapore. You will lead a team of staff and technical officers, ensuring smooth facility management and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff across assigned properties.
• Oversee daily operations of all sites, ensuring high service standards.
• Plan, execute, and supervise facilities management and operational activities.
• Conduct meetings and coordinate projects in residential and commercial strata developments.
• Lead technical officers/technicians in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs.

Required profile

• Self‑driven candidate with a professional certificate, diploma, or degree in Estate Management or a related discipline.
• Previous experience managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with the Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) Act and the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
