About the role

The Conduct Risk Analyst will support Ambition Group Singapore in ensuring compliance across its distribution channels. This contract position focuses on timely reporting, trend analysis, and investigations of suspected misconduct.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare compliance reports, misconduct trend analyses, and data analyses for distribution channels within set timelines.
• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected agency misconduct and recommend appropriate actions.
• Engage customers and channel partners to gather information for fair assessment of misconduct allegations.
• Uphold discipline and compliance with market and business conduct standards across distribution channels.
• Maintain strong knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal business rules.
• Contribute to projects that support internal and regulatory requirements and improve process efficiency.
• Support policy replacement appeal reviews.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in compliance, risk, or conduct monitoring.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent investigative skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and partners.
