Construction Foreman – Lead Site Crews

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on‑site crews and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage crew performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Monitor material usage and on‑site inventory.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, labour and materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Basic construction management software.
• Microsoft Office.
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA or First Aid (preferred).
