Construction Manager – Site Supervision & Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate closely with client representatives. You will be responsible for driving progress, solving design challenges, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Supervise structural and architectural works while coordinating with client representatives.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors to execute on‑site tasks.
• Resolve design‑related problems encountered during construction.
• Maintain high quality standards and oversee safety and health matters.
• Implement the Project Manager’s work plan and prepare daily progress reports and schedules.
• Attend project meetings and handle ad‑hoc tasks within managerial capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong communication skills to interact with staff at all levels.
• Team‑player attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Required skills

• Interpretation of structural drawings and specifications.
