Construction Project Manager – End-to-End Project Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of new‑build and addition‑and‑alteration projects across Singapore. You will oversee design, tendering, execution, and handover, ensuring seamless coordination between all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management of new‑build and A&A works, from design development through tendering, construction, completion and handover.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, administer tender processes and deliver regular cost and financial reports to senior management.
• Review architectural, structural and M&E drawings to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes and authority by‑laws.
• Monitor project progress, controlling scope, schedule and budget to meet approved specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, landlords, contractors, consultants and government authorities to achieve timely, cost‑effective and high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building Construction or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project and design management within the construction sector.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore building codes, regulations and authority approval processes.
