Construction Project Manager – HDB Projects (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead HDB residential projects from start to finish across Singapore. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage HDB construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily site operations.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, HDB requirements, and BCA regulations.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and site meetings.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of construction project management experience in Singapore.
• Proven experience managing HDB residential construction projects, including at least one completed HDB BTO project as a Project Manager.
