About the role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in Singapore. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget and stakeholder expectations are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
- Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
- Monitor performance, implement corrective actions and manage critical path activities.
- Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders; maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead project meetings, progress reviews and coordination workshops; provide regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate site construction activities with managers, teams, consultants and subcontractors; ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Review construction methodologies, identify improvement opportunities and support commissioning, testing and handover.
- Manage budgets, cost forecasts, variations, claims and contract compliance; negotiate commercial matters.
- Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Work with planning and controls teams to monitor schedule performance, identify risks and recovery options; track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and company HSE standards; support site safety initiatives and audits.
- Ensure all deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Proven track record managing complex construction projects in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, semiconductor or data‑center environments.
- Strong leadership and commercial management capabilities.
- Experience overseeing safety, quality, schedule and budget performance.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and contract administration.
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with project controls, KPI tracking and reporting.
