Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead construction sites from initial preparation through to build‑out and handover. The role involves coordinating all project activities, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, managing all phases of site preparation, build‑out and final handover.
• Develop and control project budgets, estimate costs and monitor expenditures.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and internal project team members to align objectives.
• Allocate and manage resources, ensuring availability when needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, verify quality standards and address issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational and resource‑planning skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
