Construction Project Manager (Scaffolding Works)

About the role

The Construction Project Manager (Scaffolding Works) will lead the planning, coordination and execution of scaffolding projects across Singapore, ensuring safe and efficient erection, modification and dismantling in line with MOM and WSH regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules and resource allocation for scaffolding works.
• Supervise on‑site scaffolding erection, modification and dismantling, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety audits to maintain compliance with MOM, WSH and industry standards.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, equipment and material delivery to meet project timelines.
• Prepare progress reports, verify measurements, BOQs and approve invoices/claims.
• Monitor project costs, material usage and quality, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field; Scaffold Supervisor certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in scaffolding project coordination or management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of scaffold systems such as Tube & Fittings, Ringlock and Cuplock.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and conduct risk assessments.
• Understanding of safety regulations and scaffolding standards (MOM, WSH).
