About the role

This position leads the planning, execution and delivery of high‑rise building projects across Singapore. Reporting directly to senior management, you will ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

Provide regular updates on project status, milestones and risks to top management.
Oversee the implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of professional and technical staff in daily operations and project execution.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a degree recognised by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing high‑rise building projects, with at least two full project cycles completed.
