Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

The company is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily building activities on site. You will manage the workforce, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and drive projects to safe, on‑time completion.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily building construction activities and workforce.
• Allocate tasks and monitor productivity of workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Monitor materials, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Inspect workmanship, measurements, and construction progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site management to resolve issues.
• Enforce site safety, PPE, housekeeping, and safe work practices.
• Maintain daily site records and report progress, delays, and issues.
• Identify defects and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites.
• Ability to allocate tasks and monitor productivity of workers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Strong coordination skills with engineers, contractors, and site management.
• Commitment to enforce site safety, PPE usage, and housekeeping.
• Capability to maintain accurate daily site records and report progress.
