Construction Supervisor – Clean Room & Greenfield Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead engineering services on clean‑room and greenfield sites. The role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and acting as the primary liaison between clients and on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities across multiple job sites, focusing on clean‑room and greenfield projects.
• Interpret and apply schematic drawings to guide site work.
• Demonstrate construction procedures to new workers and provide hands‑on guidance.
• Track manpower requirements and maintain accurate weekly attendance records.
• Prepare monthly tabulations of subordinate working hours.
• Participate in project update meetings and coordinate cross‑functional tasks.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in construction supervision.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and site personnel.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Class 3 driver's licence preferred.
