Construction Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Construction Supervisor to join our team in Upper Thomson, Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements while supporting engineers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, identifying potential issues early.
• Supervise and monitor projects to ensure compliance with operating procedures, quality standards, contractual specifications, and safety regulations.
• Lead, motivate, manage, and supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
• Track site progress, report updates to the project team, and maintain accurate site records.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with project stakeholders.
• Maintain proper site housekeeping, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform material take‑offs and coordinate ordering of required materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction experience.
• Basic Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate.
• Ability to work independently under tight schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
