About the role
We are seeking a proactive Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site activities across our projects islandwide. You will be responsible for ensuring that each construction phase is executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage and monitor projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Supervise all construction workers and coordinate daily site activities.
- Enforce safe work procedures and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
- Report progress, issues and milestones to the project team regularly.
Required profile
- Middle‑management experience in construction supervision.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
