Construction Supervisor

About the role
The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth workflow, safety compliance and team performance. Reporting to senior management, you will act as the bridge between executives and on‑site staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assign tasks based on employee skill sets and monitor project progress.
- Create balanced shift schedules and manage time‑off requests.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to prevent work disruptions.
- Evaluate punctuality, quality of output and adherence to goals.
- Provide constructive feedback, coaching and on‑boarding for new hires.
- Recommend high‑performing staff for internal promotions.
- Mediate team conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Enforce internal codes of conduct, dress codes, attendance rules and safety protocols.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
- Relevant degree or diploma in construction, engineering or a related field.
