Construction Supervisor – Singapore

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead daily site activities across Singapore, ensuring projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with safety regulations. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and the project team to keep the site running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities according to project schedules, drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and workers to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve day‑to‑day issues promptly.
• Ensure materials, equipment and manpower are available for planned activities.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports and attendance logs.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with project engineers, consultants and clients.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Building, Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of construction site supervision experience, preferably in building projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced site environment.
