Consultant – Property Risk Consulting

About the role

Join Marsh’s Property Risk Consulting team in Singapore as a Consultant. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office and offers the chance to work with a motivated, well‑established team advising clients on risk management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse client risk and needs to support managers.
• Create presentations, slides and other communications for client and internal meetings.
• Develop and deliver written and oral communications such as proposals, work plans and technical concepts.
• Conduct Property Risk Evaluation (PRE) surveys, collate underwriting information and prepare reports.
• Provide property loss control advice to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical science.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Property Risk Engineering or loss control.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in industries such as semiconductor, heavy manufacturing, chemical, construction, ports, terminals or healthcare is a plus.
