Consultant / Senior Consultant – Lifestyle & Consumer Goods

About the role

Sia is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to help shape the future of luxury, FMCG and retail brands. You will partner with senior business leaders to design and implement strategies that drive growth, improve operations and leverage digital, data and AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand positioning, portfolio strategies and go‑to‑market models for leading luxury and consumer brands.
• Support transformation programs such as omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, category development, operating model redesign and digital transformation.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable insights for clients.
• Lead project framing, client interviews, benchmarking and co‑creation of recommendations.
• Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams with frequent exposure to C‑level executives.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role within luxury, consumer goods or retail.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent prioritization skills.
• Fast learner who thrives in dynamic, changing environments.
• Ability to switch between strategic vision and operational detail, communicating fluently in both business and numerical terms.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to enhance analysis and solution design.
