Consulting & Customer Support Manager

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Consulting & Customer Support Manager to act as the primary focal point for key accounts in the APAC region, driving post‑sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and protecting Airbus interests. The role also leads regional consulting coordination, identifies value‑creation opportunities and supports business development across Singapore and the wider APAC market.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated focal point for 1–2 strategic accounts, managing end‑to‑end post‑sales activities throughout the aircraft lifecycle.
• Coordinate APAC regional consulting activities, aligning support and advisory services across stakeholders.
• Lead project execution and governance, ensuring timing, quality, budget and “right first time” delivery.
• Develop and promote Airbus consulting services, handling new business inquiries and market development.
• Maintain financial and operational objectives for the region and cultivate relationships with airlines, authorities, MROs and airports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Aviation, Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial aviation, air traffic management or MRO operations, with strong project‑management background.
• Proven ability to translate technical aviation knowledge into business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with analytics and survey platforms like Qualtrics.
