Content Creator & Video Producer

About the role

UPGroup Asia is seeking a creative and hands‑on Content Creator & Video Producer to capture and showcase the work, people, and experiences behind its productions. You will work closely with the Marketing team to turn events and company activities into engaging, marketing‑focused video content for multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film, and produce high‑quality video content for events, productions, and internal initiatives.
• Capture event highlights, behind‑the‑scenes moments, interviews, testimonials, and venue setups with a marketing focus.
• Identify strong visual stories on‑site for social media, digital campaigns, case studies, and brand videos.
• Manage on‑site filming logistics, equipment preparation, and shooting schedules.
• Edit platform‑native videos in various formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, websites, and campaigns.
• Repurpose existing footage into new assets and maintain an organized library of files.
• Assess when to produce internally or outsource; brief and manage external videographers and editors.
• Maintain video equipment and recommend tools or software to improve production quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, Digital Media, Visual Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in videography, video production, or content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating filming and editing capabilities.
