Content & Web Management Specialist

About the role

The Asian School of the Environment at Nanyang Technological University seeks a hands‑on Content & Web Management Specialist. You will own the school’s web presence, turning complex climate and sustainability research into engaging digital experiences for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, update and publish content across multiple websites built on Sitefinity, Wix, GoDaddy Website Builder and WordPress.
• Design and build new pages, landing pages and microsites, supporting redesigns and platform migrations from planning through launch.
• Maintain technical health of sites, including domain configuration, SSL certificates, redirects, page‑speed optimisation, search visibility and accessibility.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, banners and layouts for web, social media, events and publications.
• Produce motion graphics and lightweight web animations for explainer videos, title sequences and social media content.
• Collaborate with faculty, researchers and the Earth Observatory to translate scientific findings into clear visual narratives.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional able to manage web projects end‑to‑end without a ticket queue.
• Comfortable working directly with scientists and researchers to communicate climate, natural‑hazard and sustainability topics.

Required skills

• Experience with Sitefinity, Wix, GoDaddy Website Builder and WordPress.
• Graphic design and illustration skills for web and social media assets.
• Motion‑graphics creation and animation for web and social platforms.
