About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis across Singapore. The role involves leading staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and aligning daily operations with the company’s vision.
Key responsibilities
- Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company plans and communicate them to team members.
- Organise workflow, delegate tasks and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
- Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Handle employee complaints, resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate time‑keeping and personnel records.
- Facilitate two‑way communication between upper management and staff.
Required profile
- Professional experience in supervising or team leadership.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
