Contracts Executive – Façade & Rope Access

About the role

The Contracts Executive will manage the full contract lifecycle for façade maintenance and rope‑access projects, from tender sourcing to project execution and compliance. This position supports business growth, ensures profitability and strengthens relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor government and private tender portals (GeBIZ, Tender Board, Zycus, Pegaxis) daily and identify suitable opportunities.
• Prepare and submit accurate tender documents and quotations on time.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets and pricing strategies, and track project costs against budgets.
• Manage pre‑ and post‑contract documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers, coordinating with sales and project teams.
• Support business growth initiatives, follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Contribute to process improvements, digitalisation and efficiency projects.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore construction regulations and prepare audit documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contracts, tendering or construction cost control.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tender portals such as GeBIZ, Tender Board, Zycus and Pegaxis.
• Cost estimating and budget tracking.
• Contract administration and documentation management.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and ISO standards.
