Contracts Manager

About the role

The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring they are legally sound, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with internal policies. This role acts as the primary point of contact for all contract‑related matters and drives continuous improvement of contract processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts to meet legal standards and business goals.
• Maintain a centralized contract database, monitor performance, and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the organization.
• Serve as the main liaison for contract inquiries, disputes, and stakeholder communication.
• Train staff on best practices, legal updates, and internal policies.
• Conduct regular audits and refine contract management processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications are a plus.
• 3‑5 years of contract management experience, preferably within the same industry.
• Analytical thinking, high ethical standards, and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
