Contracts Manager (LTA Projects)

About the role

Citadel Search is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager for LTA projects. The role oversees all contractual and commercial matters, ensures compliance, manages risks and protects the company's contractual position. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and relevant authorities so that contractual obligations are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Key responsibilities

• Review tenders and contract documents to confirm scope and obligations.
• Ensure contractual compliance with all terms, conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractual matters with the Authority, including meetings, claims and disputes such as breach of contract.
• Issue and track contractual notices (Variations, Additional Payments, Delays) and follow up on cost and time claims.
• Prepare and review formal correspondence to LTA, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Prepare Variation Order (VO) submissions and manage final accounts.
• Monitor variation claims and valuation certificates for timely submission and certification.
• Establish and administer project variation control measures in line with contract provisions.
• Interpret contractual responsibilities and liabilities and advise the project team.
• Report contractual status and updates to the Planning Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline.
• Experience managing contracts of LTA projects from the main contractor's perspective.
• Willingness to work a 5-day week (8am-6pm).
