Controls and Regulatory Reporting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and reliable professional to join our Controls and Reporting team. The role involves daily control checks, functional and regulatory reporting, and daily planning for the Operations processing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own Cost of Investments (COI) reconciliation and reporting to CPF Board and Agent Banks.
• Guide the Control & Reporting team to support daily Operations, including ad‑hoc and recurring regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with Finance and Technology functions to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare regulatory and management reports, such as IRAS reporting for FATCA & CRS.
• Provide primary support and oversight for the Operations team.
• Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in investment operations, preferably with Unit Trust or investment knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Cost of Investments reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Adaptable mindset with logical, structured decision‑making abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience for Operations teams.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Proficiency in using Excel functions for data reconciliation.
