Cook – Full-Time (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our island‑wide kitchen operations in Singapore. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth meal preparation and uphold our high standards of food quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen and prepare simple dish components such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making sauces according to menu specifications.
• Follow the Head Chef’s instructions, report progress regularly, and maintain alignment with kitchen standards.
• Maintain food preparation and storage areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Clean preparation zones thoroughly and manage leftover food responsibly to ensure hygiene and reduce waste.
• Accurately stock inventory and supplies to support uninterrupted kitchen operations.
• Communicate clearly and coordinate tasks with team members to enhance overall kitchen efficiency.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet kitchen demand and ensure timely meal service.

Required profile

• Certificate in culinary arts or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Aptitude for multitasking and working cooperatively in a team.
