Copier Technician – Onsite Service (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Copier Technician to install, maintain, and repair photocopier equipment across Singapore. The role involves both on‑site visits to customer locations and occasional off‑site tasks, ensuring machines operate smoothly and customers receive prompt support.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure photocopier machines and network connectivity at client sites.
• Diagnose and repair equipment on‑site or in the workshop.
• Perform preventive maintenance and adjustments.
• Manage tool kits, spare parts, and supplies responsibly.
• Submit meter readings and service reports on time.
• Train customers on basic operation and maintenance.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• GCE O‑Level or higher.
• Valid driving licence for site visits.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to learn on the job.

Required skills

• Photocopier repair and maintenance.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Fundamental networking concepts.
