Corporate Accountant

About the role

ASIAN OIL & GAS is seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Corporate Accountant to oversee accounting functions across multiple local and offshore entities. You will be responsible for preparing full sets of accounts, financial statements, and tax filings while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts and consolidated financial statements for all entities.
• Manage tax filings, including GST, corporate tax and, when required, personal tax.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory accounting standards.
• Coordinate with senior management, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to support timely reporting.
• Maintain accurate daily accounting operations and reconcile accounts.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage accounting operations efficiently.
• Senior‑level experience, preferably in a multinational or energy‑focused environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
