Corporate BIM Manager (Construction)

About the role

The Corporate BIM Manager will lead BIM, VDC and IDD initiatives across the organisation, driving productivity and digital transformation in construction projects. You will oversee implementation of Autodesk tools, develop standards, and build a high‑performing BIM team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC/IDD programmes and support project‑level BIM implementation using Autodesk AEC Collection (Revit, Navisworks, Construction Cloud).
• Design, deliver and manage BIM/VDC/IDD training and education for staff.
• Recruit, develop and retain a skilled BIM/VDC/IDD team.
• Assist heads of department with budgeting, resource planning and performance assessment.
• Develop and enforce corporate BIM policies, guides and standards.
• Provide BIM support to tender teams and coordinate with suppliers, contractors and vendors.
• Maintain project BIM Execution Plans, libraries and content, ensuring consistency.
• Monitor industry technology trends and propose strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of BIM/VDC/IDD experience in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to lead middle‑management teams and manage budgets.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, including DfMA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
