Corporate Communication & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Corporate Communication & Marketing Executive will support Apollo Builders in shaping its corporate image, driving digital marketing initiatives, and coordinating internal and external communications. Working closely with senior management and various departments, the role blends branding, content creation, and basic IT coordination to enhance the company's professional presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent corporate branding strategy across all channels.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Manage the company website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging.
• Create and edit visual content such as photos, videos, corporate brochures, and presentation decks.
• Design and update corporate materials including company profiles, capability statements, and tender presentations.
• Organise corporate events, staff engagement programmes, client visits, and CSR initiatives.
• Support preparation of compliance documents, ESG reports, and sustainability communications.
• Provide first‑level IT support, coordinate hardware/software installations, and maintain IT asset records.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a strong interest in corporate communications and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing several projects simultaneously.
