Corporate Finance Associate – EDGE Programme (Jan 2027 Intake)

About the role

Join PwC's EDGE Programme as a Corporate Finance Associate and embark on a two‑year rotational journey across Deals competencies. You will work on sell‑side and buy‑side transactions, providing valuation, financial modelling and advisory support to leading companies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver corporate finance and M&A advisory services from deal initiation to completion.
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memorandums, teasers and other client‑facing materials.
• Execute engagements under the guidance of Partners and Directors, including financial modelling and deal execution.
• Rotate between Corporate Finance and complementary business units to gain broad exposure.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student eager to start a career in corporate finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in valuation and deal dynamics.
• Willingness to relocate and work in a global, collaborative environment.
